When you request a quote, book a move, or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, the addresses you are moving between, and details about your household and timing. If you fill out a form on this site, that information comes to our Durham office. We also log basic, non-identifying technical data — browser type, pages viewed — to keep the site working.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to quote, schedule, and carry out your move, and to follow up about it. That means our office staff and the crew assigned to your job may see the details they need to do the work. We may contact you by phone, text, or email about your estimate or your move date.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We are a moving company, not a lead broker — your details are never passed to third-party lead buyers, carrier marketplaces, or marketing lists. The only outside parties who ever see your data are the service providers we rely on to operate, such as our payment processor or the software that runs our scheduling, and only to the extent they need it.

- Opt out of follow-up messages by telling us or replying STOP to a text.

Keeping it secure
We hold your information only as long as we need it to serve you and meet our recordkeeping and tax obligations, then dispose of it.
