The pace in Morrisville is different from old Durham. Most of what we carry here is in newer construction — three-story townhomes with garage-level entries, gated apartment communities with loading-zone rules, and condos near McCrimmon Parkway. That means stairs, reserved elevator windows, and HOA move-in hours, so we plan the truck spot and timing before the day instead of figuring it out in the parking lot.
We see a steady stream of RTP arrivals and departures: someone takes a role at a campus off Davis Drive, or a contract ends and they are heading out of state. For the in-town jobs we run the flat local bands; for the out-of-state ones, our own dedicated truck handles the long-distance haul — no shared loads, no swapping your boxes onto someone else’s trailer.
